![]() Sixth, actors and actresses Misha Collins, Channing Tatum, Milo Ventimiglia, Steven Yeun, Jake Gyllenhaal, Rob Lowe, Emily Blunt, Rosamund Pike, Alexandria Daddario, and Jessica Chastain have been approached for various roles for the DCEU. Abrams, Duncan Jones, Edgar Wright, and George Miller are currently being courted by WB to film future DC filmsįifth, WB/DC wants to expand their DCEU similar to how Marvel did with Netflix by exclusively partnering with HBO and creating shows like Birds of Prey, Nightwing, The Question, The Phantom Stranger, Zatanna, and Doctor Fate. Third, goes to the Deathstroke test that was dropped by Ben Affleck not too long ago, it seems actor Joe Manganiello is being eyed for the role.įourth, directors J.J. ![]() Second, it seems Sinestro will be the main baddie in the planned Green Lantern Corps movie and actor Luke Evans seems to be eyed for the role. So take this with a grain of salt.įirst, it seems there will be a Green Lantern post credit scene in the first Justice League movie. This just in and it seems there is a lot happening from the rumorville at WB/DC. I want a badass Amazon warrior princess, not a Slow-Mo Woman. I'm not even going to comment on how bad Gal Gadot is in the role (she's horrible), but the tone, story, action etc looks boring as hell. The next one up is Wonder Woman, and from the trailer, it looks terrible. The way I see it, we have had three movies in this DCU so far, and they've only gotten worse and worse. Will Smith played Will Smith (as expected), and the rest were more or less ignored (as expected.) The only thing I liked about the movie was Amanda Waller. She should be more than capable of having her own movie. She's far closer to Batman & Robin's Bane than Dark Knight Rises's Bane. She'd have to be really smart to be a psychiatrist in the first place, but she's also fun, caring, passionate and a great friend. Is the trailer even remotely connected to the actual movie? Or should we sue them for false advertising? And what about Harley? They first went with the "she's a psychiatrist"., a few minutes, then ignored it completely and went with 100% crazy. Then look at the actual movie and how ridiculous and boring Joker is there. Look at the trailer, and how awesome Joker is there. Suicide Squad: The less we speak of this abomination, the better. WTF? Why couldn't Superman save his own mom? "He didn't know where she is!" But Batman did? Really? ![]() So much set-up for other movies I don't really care about, the worst version of Aquaman I've ever seen (and he's not even in the movie much), a plot that went nowhere, ruining Doomsday forever, and even having Superman trust Batman to save his mom literally right after Batman tried to kill him. Who's to say which one is the "good" choice, and which one is the "evil" one?īatman v Superman: Dreadful. One has to die so the other one can live. If we humans went to Krypton and tried to destroy it to save our own species, would that make us evil? I'm not so sure. But what did he care about us silly humans? The reason he wanted to destroy the planet was to get Krypton back. I mean, yeah, he did want to destroy the world and all that. Though my biggest issue of the entire movie was Zod not being a villain. (though they didn't have to say Kryptonians colonized other planets.) And sure Superman killed Zod in the end, but who can blame him? I think it was more of a desperate solution to an impossible problem. None of that makes sense, but that's because of Superman himself, not because of the movie. Why, then, did every single one of them return to Krypton just because Krypton was about to be destroyed? Some I get, but all of them? The only reason was to make Kal-El the one and only Kryptonian left. For instance, they said Kryptonians had colonized a whole lot of planets all over the universe. Some of them are directly tied to Superman himself. There are some fundamental flaws, but we can't blame the movie for all of them. ![]() Man of Steel: I personally loved it, but I get why a lot of people hated it. ↑ “ Meh, don't see it as being any greater than the last two DCCU movies: lamer than a two-legged arthritic donkey ”Last two? There are three movies now.
